Background

The Tuling products are developed by Kinetixbase Lab Technologies, a proprietorship based in Noida, and maintained and supported by Tuling Creative Hub, a separate proprietorship. We build software that Indian schools, colleges, and enterprises require — not adapted versions of tools built for other markets.

India's education sector operates under complex regulatory and operational constraints. PF and ESI compliance, state board exam formats, NAAC documentation, and UPI-integrated fee collection require purpose-built systems.

Each product in the suite originated from institutional operational requirements — fee reconciliation with Tally, cross-department examination management, and payroll for teaching and non-teaching staff under varying statutory rules.

The platform supports single-campus colleges through multi-campus university groups. Every institution runs on its own secure subdomain with tenant-level data isolation.

Beyond software, we provide professional services — website development, digital marketing, HR and payroll operations, policy design, and workflow consulting — so institutions can work with one partner from admission marketing through daily operations.

Vikas Saini on LinkedIn

Vikas Saini is the founder of Tuling Creative Hub. He spent over twelve years in recruitment and people operations, and it was while working there that he started coding, first as a hobby.

Over the past five years that hobby grew into development work: social media marketing and graphics, websites, web apps and mobile apps. Today it has become Tuling, a complete suite of software for colleges, universities and companies, from the college ERP and HRMS to admissions, learning and the library.

Shikha Saini is the founder of Kinetixbase Lab Technologies, which develops the Tuling products. With a commerce background (B.Com) and hands-on teaching experience, she has seen how teachers and campus staff actually work.

The idea was hers: to upgrade schools and colleges with the latest software, and to give them exposure to modern technology. She keeps the product grounded in the daily work of teachers and campus staff.
